YSL Beauty Rewards Club is a loyalty program by YSL Beauty (a member of the family of brands under PT L’Oreal Indonesia).

To join, simply approach any one of YSL Beauty Advisors at any our official YSL Beauty stores in Indonesia. There is no minimum purchase to join, everyone who registers or make any transaction at YSL Beauty Indonesia will automatically enroll as a member

Your YSL Beauty Rewards Club membership account will be activated on the day of successful registration.

Your YSL Beauty Membership ID is the mobile number which was used during registration. Please remember to provide your mobile number to our beauty advisors when enquiring about your YSL Beauty Rewards Club account at our YSL Beauty stores.

You can earn YSL Beauty Rewards Points when you make purchases of YSL Beauty products and services: at any official YSL Beauty stores in Indonesia; and/or with our authorized retailers and partners. (“Qualifying Purchases”) Every Rp.10,000 on Qualifying Purchases will earn one (1) YSL Beauty Rewards Point. YSL Beauty Rewards Points will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Any YSL Beauty Rewards Points earned from the Qualifying Purchases will be reflected in your account within one (1) working day after the date of purchase.

You can only get information regarding your loyalty status i.e points, tier and expiry from our official YSL Beauty Stores, simply approach out Beauty Advisors to get information on your loyalty status.

Please approach out Beauty Advisoris and inform them on the information you would like to update.

Point redemption can only be done in YSL Beauty Indonesia Stores. You can redeem your points with rewards such as exclusive gifts, deluxes, and vouchers. Only one (1) voucher may be used against one (1) YSL Beauty product. All vouchers (Gift Vouchers and Tier Upgrade Vouchers) cannot be used for together with other ongoing promotions

All YSL Beauty Rewards vouchers are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of online redemption.

Each Membership Tier is valid for twelve (12) months from the date: of activation; or where the account is upgraded to the next higher tier whichever is later. For example, a ‘Silver’ tier account activated on 1 January 2020 will maintain the ‘Silver’ tier’ until 31 December 2021. If the same ‘Silver’ tier account is upgraded to ‘Gold’ tier on 1 June 2020, the (now) account will maintain the ‘Gold’ tier until 31 May 2021, unless the account is upgraded to the next tier. ‘Gold’ and ‘Silver’ tiers will be downgraded to the next tier if the respective requalification thresholds are not met.

‘Bronze’ Tier – No need to requalify as members in this tier will not be downgraded ‘Silver’ Tier – Accumulate Rp 4.000.000 in a year to re-qualify for your ‘Silver’ Tier. Members who do not manage to accumulate Rp 3.000.000 spend will be downgraded to ‘Bronze’ Tier. ‘Gold’ Tier – Accumulate Rp 8.000.000 in a year to re-qualify for your ‘Gold’ Tier. Members who did not manage to accumulate Rp 8.000.000 spend will be downgraded to ‘Silver’ or ‘Bronze’ Tier accordingly.

Your YSL Beauty Dare & Love Rewards Points will expire on each anniversary of the date of activation of your account (see A3). For example, if your account was activated on 1 January 2020, your YSL Beauty Dare & Love Rewards Points earned between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2020 will be valid until 31 December 2020. If the same account (which was activated on 1 January 2020) was updated to the next tier on 1 May 2020, your YSL Beauty Rewards Points will continue to expire on 31 December 2020.
